Maui Vista is a condominium complex in the heart of Kihei. It-s near Kamaole Beach Park I. There are three four story buildings, with elevators, offering you a choice of one and two bedroom floor plans. Each of the three buildings at Maui Vista resort has its own swimming pool, barbecues and the property has a total of 5 tennis courts. For your comfort and convenience, the interiors of the condominiums have fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, telephone, washer/dryer, and private lanais. Partial ocean and garden views are available for your enjoyment. All units have air conditioning. Charlie Young beach, just a short walk across the street provides great swimming, snorkeling, picnicking, sunset views, and whale watching - in season. You won-t need to go far to find shopping, restaurants, golf courses and some of the island-s best sightseeing locations.

Directions

Directions from the airport - 15 miles - 30 minutes. As you exit the terminal you will be on Keolani place - hwy 380. Continue onto Kuihelani hwy - also hwy 380. You will reach an intersection at Puunene Avenue turn left onto Mokulele hwy - Hwy 350. As a land mark you will see King-s Cathedral church - large church with blue roof. Continue driving on hwy 350. As you pass the Puunene sugar mill -HC and S- Mokulele hwy will change to hwy 300. Keep through the sugar fields till you get to a four way intersection. You are now in Kihei town. At that stop light continue through the intersection for about a block. You will turn left on north Kihei road and drive south for approximately 4 miles. The Maui Vista Resort will be located on the Left hand side of the road across the street from Charlie Youngs Beach. Our street address is 2191 south Kihei Road. Located in the heart of Kihei across from Charlie Young Beach. OGG-Kahului Airport-13 miles South, JHM-Kapalua-West Maui Airport-31 miles South East

	Guarantee Policy
	A deposit of 3 nights plus tax is required and will be charged at the time of booking. Check or cash full pre-payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions may apply during seasonal periods.

	A flat fee of 150.00 USD applies to all cancellations. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of the full stay plus tax. No Show fee is the full stay plus tax. Exceptions may apply during seasonal periods.
