Our location not only provides easy access from the East Coast's major interstate, but is also very convenient for a wide range of travelers. We are five minutes from Quantico Marine Corps Base, fifteen minutes from historic, downtown Fredericksburg, and within an hour's drive of Washington, D.C. many groups have found it very cost-effective to stay at our property during their trips to our nation's capital because we do not charge "Big City" rates. Our outdoor pool opens April 1 and we also have several activities within walking distance of the motel such as miniature golf, 10 movie theaters, several restaurants for all tastes, an exercise facility, cleaners, and shopping.
