This tropical resort is an affordable option for traveling families, couples, or anyone drawn to miles of soft sand. Some of the features of this resort include a large putting green to practice your game, a shuffleboard court, a community pool, BBQ area, complimentary lounge chairs, on-site management, and ideal Longboat Key location. Many of these units include private lanais overlooking the Gulf - so stop imagining your perfect vacation, and start living it. All bookings will incur a reservation processing fee equal to 5 percent of rental amount plus tax. Additionally, a damage waiver is required. For stays 2-3 nights- 25.00 USD plus tax. For stay 4 nights or more, 50.00 USD plus tax. 6 percent includes damage waiver.
