Other features to enhance your stay include DVD/CD and VCR players, Hunter ceiling fans, TV's in each bedroom and the living room, fully furnished kitchens, cordless phones, skylights, double sinks in the master bath, and stacks of good books, CD's and VCR movies. Guests at Desert Princess Country Club have access to the club's 2 championship golf courses (including one PGA rated), a fully stocked pro shop, driving range, 2 putting greens, and clubhouse with dining room and bar. A beverage cart also circulates thourghout the grounds. The tennis clubhouse overlooks 8 tournament style tennis courts, including 5 lighted. And dozens of sparkling pools and Jacuzzi's are sprinkled throughout the resort, including one overlooking the golf course just 20 yards from your villa. The Doral Hotel, with additional restaurants and bars available for your use, is also located on the grounds of the Country Club. And 2 other golf courses, just 5 minutes away, are open to guests staying at Desert Princess.PROPERTY NOTES: There is a $49 cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded back to the guest only if the unit is re-rented, minus a $95 processing fee, and any associated costs of re-renting the unit including commissions and cleaning fees. Cancellation must be in writing at the address listed and acknowledged by Vacation Depot. Cancellation processing fee is charged, regardless of the cancellation policy.
