The property consists of 17 one and two bedroom suites situated on a grassy, landscaped courtyard, recently updated with new kitchens, flooring and tropical and wicker accented furniture, individual one room 1920's-style cottages with two double or one queen sized bed and fully equipped kitchens, all decorated with vintage colors and wicker accented furniture. This small property offers more than many similar-sized ones, with morning coffee, pastries and fresh fruit available each morning in the office, along with a daily newspaper delivered right to the door. An oversized pool with ample decks, comfortable lounge chairs and umbrella shaded tables is steps away from the beach. The property has been family owned and managed for over 25 years and a small, friendly staff is always available to assist, from tee times to restaurant recommendations and more. The property's location is ideal, being just 15 minutes from the Daytona Speedway and Daytona International Airport and just an hour's drive to the Orlando attractions. |

 One bedroom suite with 1 or 2 double beds. This standard one bedroom suite is comprised of two separate separate rooms, each amply sized. The bedroom contains a shared nightstand and a dresser. It is separated from the living area by custom sliding shuttered doors that may be left open or closed. The living area contains a pullout sofa, dinette, sitting chair, additional drawer space, television, writing desk, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with coffeemaker, microwave, dishes, utensils and cookware. Bathroom has tiled shower. Walls, Draperies, bedspreads and upholstery are in soothing tropical greens, yellows and corals. View is into a nicely landscaped courtyard with Adirondack style chairs outside each room.  One room cottage with queen bed or 2 double beds. This one room cottage looks onto a tropically landscaped courtyard, or looks over the Atlantic Ocean, and contains a shared nightstand, dresser and television. A separate fully equipped eat-in kitchen contains a dining table, coffeemaker, microwave, dishes, utensils and cookware. Pedestal sink and mirror are contained in main room while shower is contained in bathroom, an original design style of these 1920's cottages. Colors are vintage sage greens and blues.  Two bedroom suite with double bed and twin bed in one bedroom, and queen bed in 2nd bedroom. This two bedroom suite looks into a nicely landscaped courtyard with adirondack style chairs outside each room. Suite is comprised of two separate bedrooms with its own bath. Each bath has tiled showers. Living room has a single pull out sofa, dinette, sitting chair, television and fully equipped kitchen complete with coffeemaker, microwave oven, utensils, dishes and cookware. Each bedroom has a shared nightstand and dresser. One bedroom contains a television. Walls, draperies, bedspreads and upholstry are in tropical greens, yellow and corals. |
