| The garden design and the private balconies of the Sandpiper Gulf Resort give this unique resort a warm and friendly atmosphere. Enjoy 315 feet of beach on the Gulf of Mexico conveniently located in the quiet center of Fort Myers Beach. Within a short walk there are restaurants and a convenience store. A wide range of gift and clothing stores are a few minutes in either direction. A par 3 golf course and tennis courts are only 2 miles to the south. The entire island -7 miles in length- is accessible by walking on the white sandy beach as well as by roadside sidewalk. Trolley service is also available.This is not another huge high-rise building. Sandpiper has only 2 stories on the poolside and 3 on the beach front set in a lushly landscaped courtyard atmosphere. Sandpiper II with its own pool and tropical gardens has 5 floors serviced with an elevator. The resort has a total of 63 suites. The Sandpiper Gulf Resort has had the privilege of serving our guests since 1969. We pride ourselves on our large well-maintained and modern suites and place a high priority on customer service. As a privately owned condo hotel our minimum age requirement is 25 years of age. Unless accompanied by an adult over 25 years old. |

| As you leave the airport, turn left on Daniels Parkway -West-. Stay on Daniels Parkway for about 10 miles. When you reach Summerlin Road, turn left -South- and travel about 10 miles again. When you reach San Carlos Boulevard, turn left -West- and travel about 4 miles. You will cross over a bridge and onto Fort Myers Beach. Turn left -South- and travel about 3 miles. The Sandpiper Gulf Resort will be on your right-hand side -beachside-. When in Downtown Fort Myers, take U.S. 41 South to Cypress Lake Drive. Turn right -West- and travel about 2 miles to Summerlin Road. Turn left -South- on Summerlin Rd. and travel about 5 miles to San Carlos Boulevard. When you reach San Carlos Boulevard, turn left -West- and travel about 4 miles. You will cross over a bridge and onto Fort Myers Beach. Turn left -South- and travel about 3 miles. The Sandpiper Gulf Resort will be on your right-hand side -beachside-. Take Exit number 21 and turn right -West- onto Daniels Parkway. Travel about 6 miles to Summerlin Road. Turn left -South- on Summerlin Rd. and travel about 5 miles to San Carlos Boulevard. When you reach San Carlos Boulevard, turn left -West- and travel about 4 miles. You will cross over a bridge and onto Fort Myers Beach. Turn left -South- and travel about 3 miles. The Sandpiper Gulf Resort will be on your right-hand side -beachside-. Take Exit number 18 and turn left -West- onto Bonita Beach Road. Travel about 11 miles to Bonita Springs Beach. The road will veer right -North-. Stay on this road for about 9 miles. The Sandpiper Gulf Resort will be on the left-hand side -beachside-. The Sandpiper is conveniently located in the quiet center of Fort Myers Beach. Rimmed with the white sand, the island boasts the Worlds Safest Beach. Within a short walk there are restaurants and a convenience store.
