	All resevations require a guarantee by valid credit card with expiry date only expect between Mar 16-18. During this time period a deposit of 400.00USD is required at time of booking.

	Cancellation Policy
	Through the internet site where your reservation was made must cancel 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 1 night stay. Mar 16-18 must cancel bty Feb 1st to avoid a fee equal to the full stay.
